With more than 30 years of experience in the Information and Technology industry, I can proudly say Technology flows in my blood. I find it rewarding to apply well-known technologies and analytical methods to ensure optimal functioning of the various business process. I work closely with our clients to define software development strategies and identify new opportunities. And, also come up with new ideas and turn them into innovative and viable solutions, which improve the customer experience of our client’s.

I have worked on several in house and business critical ERP systems – such as Catapult, Progen, WebSmart, IBM Gentran Server and Trusted Link support systems. Along with this, I have implemented several other solutions like setting up trading partners, mapping transactions and creating support programs. I possess all round and holistic expertise in Account Receivables, Commissions, Shipping, Customer Service in Multiple Divisions and Human Resource
