I am absolutely enamored with technology, I love seeing the big picture mapped out, and then mapping the technological solutions to reality - whether its cloud services or the future needs of a department’s web or mobile applications. Efficiency, according to me is what enables a company to compete in this rapidly changing global environment. I have a passion for finding new and more productive ways to reach goals and ensure efficiency is reached in every process in all possible ways.

At Integrative Systems, I am responsible for taking business requirements; bridging the gap between internal and external stakeholders helping our offshore teams to translate requirements into design and deliver the final solution. Additionally, I am responsible for timely delivery of projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodologies.

Before taking this position, I served as a developer, a team leader, and a project leader. As an offshore Project Lead, I contributed for the smooth transition of offshore AP processes like chargebacks, three-way match and many more. I have a hand on experience in Purchase Order Management, Customer Relations Management, Inventory Control, Merchandise Receiving and much more.

I possess a Master’s in Computer Applications, and a Bachelor of Science and some of my prestigious certifications include ITIL, June 2012 and PMP, April 2017. I believe great conversations happen when we talk less and listen more, that’s the key to my journey from a software developer to a delivery manager.
